This policy applies to the Key to Lake Martin website and its public forms. It does not replace the privacy policies of an MLS, property portal, lender, closing provider, social network, or other third party whose service may be linked from this website.

Information we collect

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account details, access codes, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form.

Those providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.

Property-search and MLS information

The current property experience is a pre-launch demonstration and uses clearly identified sample listings. If an approved IDX or MLS feed is activated, search activity and inquiries may be processed as needed to provide the requested real-estate service and to comply with the applicable MLS rules. The site's IDX notice will be updated with the required source, attribution, refresh, and display disclosures before live MLS data is published.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal, regulatory, security, and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask not to receive marketing messages. Service-related replies to an active request may still be sent.

Browser settings can be used to clear session storage, limit cookies, or restrict similar technologies. Blocking them may affect some site functions.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including follow-up, security, compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for people seeking real-estate information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the website.
