Sample listings are not sourced from an MLS, are not representations of current availability, and are not offers to sell or lease real property.
Do not rely on sample content when making a purchase, sale, financing, valuation, travel, or inspection decision.
What IDX means
Internet Data Exchange, commonly called IDX, is a framework under which authorized real-estate professionals may display qualifying listing information supplied through an MLS, subject to the MLS's licensing, attribution, refresh, display, and use rules. Permission to access one data service does not automatically grant permission to display every field, photo, status, listing, or data set.
Before live listings are published
The live property search will require, as applicable:
- authorization from the participating brokerage and qualifying broker;
- approval from the applicable MLS or association;
- an active, properly licensed IDX data plan and secure credentials;
- the exact attribution, copyright, logo, refresh-time, and disclaimer language required by that MLS; and
- testing of listing status, photos, fields, search behavior, lead routing, and data removal.
The final MLS name, data source, logo, copyright notice, and mandated disclaimer will be inserted only after approval. No brokerage or MLS license number is implied by this demonstration.
When approved data becomes live
Listing information will be considered reliable but not guaranteed and may be changed, corrected, withdrawn, sold, or otherwise updated without notice. Consumers should independently verify all information important to a decision, including price, availability, dimensions, acreage, boundaries, water access or depth, schools, utilities, restrictions, taxes, insurance, permits, and property condition.

Permitted use of listing information
Approved live listing information is intended for consumers' personal, noncommercial use in evaluating real property. Automated collection, bulk downloading, scraping, resale, republication, creation of derivative databases, and use for unsolicited marketing are prohibited except where expressly authorized by the data owner and applicable rules.
Fair housing
Property information and real-estate services are provided without unlawful discrimination. Search criteria and listing descriptions should never be interpreted or used to limit housing opportunities based on a characteristic protected by law.
